Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property

All code, design, user interface layout, summaries, export formatting, templates, and branding associated with Dyad are the exclusive property of Juan Vistro, the owner and operator of Dyad. The layout and structure of exported reports are protected works. No intellectual property rights are transferred to users.

2. License Grant

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping or automated access of any kind
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the app
• Copying UI layout, export structure, or summary templates
• Commercial reuse of summaries or formatting
• Rehosting or redistributing app content or outputs

4. Data Use

Users retain ownership of their feeding data. Dyad does not sell or license user data to third parties.

5. Account Suspension

Dyad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. No Medical Advice

Dyad is an informational documentation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or treatment recommendations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.
